Provided a fair quote for the job, and didn't overprice it. The team arrived on time to cut down a palm tree and remove the stump. Cleared up after themselves and took the tree away, just leaving me with the earth to dispose of. I was really impressed by the customer service as Casey returned at a later date as I wanted more of the stump removed. I would highly recommend. Customer satisfaction is very important & both Casey (on the front line) and Georgia (in the office) delivered in this regard.

Placed advert Thursday. Contacted same day by Mike with a view to coming out and quoting next day. Came on time priced the job on Friday and arranged to start work on the Tuesday. Mike worked with his son Silas. What a really nice pair. Genuine, polite and got on with the job even though I asked for a few tweaks along the way. Both very old school and worked at their own pace - happy with work carried out and will use them again. Reasonable price too.
