Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. We are a small but capable building company. The images attached to my profile shows our current project. 6 new homes in Dursley. These are 5x 3 story homes and 1x 2 story home. This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big. For those that require it we are registered with Advantage Structural Warranty allowing us the ability to offer a 10year structural warranty for new builds. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon.
