While carrying out the work, amendments were needed to achieve the desired end result which required additional materials and labour - these were discussed and competitive quotes for these additional works agreed as we went along. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now.
