I recently hired Viorel to replace a ceiling beam in my rental kitchen, and I was thoroughly impressed with his work and professionalism. Viorel demonstrated excellent craftsmanship when tackling what turned out to be a more complex job than initially expected. During the ceiling beam replacement, he uncovered several additional issues that needed attention. Rather than simply ignoring these problems or hitting me with surprise costs, he took the time to explain each issue clearly and kept me updated.

I used the rated people site to try & find a reliable company to relay my front drive. I had a first response from JM Landscapes and Myles of JM actually called out at the weekend, the day after my enquiry, to discuss the job & agree terms Myles, Jim and the team were ready to start the following Monday and worked efficiently and effectively to deliver an excellent job that I would be happy for anyone to view. Very courteous and friendly, continually kept me informed, all the guys who came were professional and knowledgeable. Made a reasonable quote and started the job quickly and continued until it was finished, leaving no mess each night during the process. Would definitely use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

David has been extremely professional throughout the whole job, and very transparent with all costs involved. We were not restricted on time or how quickly we needed the job doing, yet Sureguard provided an efficient & quick service to complete the job, and we were extremely pleased with the end result. We have since asked David to complete additional jobs for us and will continue to recommend his services to others as well.

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James
