Gareth and his team were amazing and professional throughout. He was very knowledgable regarding the options available to us. All work was completed quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. I would recommend them any time.

Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.

No one ever rang me to give me a quote.
After initially being fantastic they have now dissapeared,we have been chasing them for 3 months and been fobbed off. So they happily took our £5000 and have left us with a kitchen island that is falling apart and all the plastering around our new window that they installed has been damaged/ripped off and just left like that (even though they did the plastering in the first place), we now have to pay someone else to do it - which we cant afford as our money went to these guys. Completely let us down.
Excellent work very reliable. No additional charges from the quote given which was very competitive. Finished in a reasonable time, even did few minor jobs in addition. Also cleaned up well when finished. Would definitely use for other jobs.

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.
