Michal and the team were great to deal with and extremely helpful. The usual array of unexpected issues cropped up during the project and Specialist Establishments were always ready to make appropriate adjustments to get the job done., with a minimum of fuss. In 2022, Sonny did an excellent job repairing the roof. In 2023, his team replaced the entire roof and the shed roof, sealed an area of flat roof, replaced guttering and down pipes, and repainted the outside of the windows. Despite the dust, they were a pleasure to have around!

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

The job was done well... but the timekeeping could have been better
I have been working in the waste management industry now for over 26 years. I started working at a landfill/ quarry that’s where I learnt how to drive machinery .I have worked for subcontractor for Essex and Hartford Council , then I worked for one of the largest waste management companies , before I went on my own , I have lots of knowledge about how recycling works and this helps me pass on to my customers . We are very friendly and reliable and honest I will always give a fair price

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

Just to be clear, we asked for your advise about the most economical way to make the doors clear. You said you could repair the doors. In repairing the warped wood your poor quality work resulted in the door leaking which in turn stained the carpet. We would have been better off not asking you to carry out any work on the door. Your response to the problem was unprofessional and I would not recommend you to anyone, no matter how small the job.
