We hired SJC Contracts to build and install a staircase to service three floors. Right from the off, Simon was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and full of great ideas and options. His work is of a very high standard and he worked hard to get everything “just right”. I am very impressed with their professional manner, speed of service , Cost and Quality of the work done. They have also offered a valuable advice on selecting the right tiles and placing them on the floor and therefore assisting me to take the right decision. At the end I paid them more for what they asked for as they have saved me for the trouble of taking the wrong decision for something that it can be permanent.

Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.
