Steve was brilliant from start to finish, great communication and came and completed the work within 24 hrs of me listing the job. The tiles look brilliant and Steve helped us out by moving the shelf about to ensure tiles fit perfectly. completed a part rewire and new fuse box all to s good standard but they left the loft insulation in a pile they didn't put it back after working up there, they walked plaster down the stairs and made a mess of the carpet they didnt wear over shoes or cover the work area

We specialise in bath to walk-in shower conversions with coverage of many areas of the UK.
Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
