Called me twice to find out what the job was, arranged to pay me a visit, but then didn't turn up to the house as arranged. He could at least have told me he'd changed his mind.

didnt contact me, didnt do the work, so cant really comment on their rating - would have liked to delete job as not fair to say terrible or anything havent seen their work

Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.

Sion took the job and only contacted my by email only on 8th August. He hasn't bothered to phone me at all. He has sent emails all of which I have replied to, but still nothing quoted or booked in. He has not bothered to come and look at the work, says too busy, and has wasted my time. I cannot comment on his work / value for money,as he hasn't completed anything !!
