On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

Needed a full rewire excluding kitchen From the moment we first saw James and Anthony, we knew they were the real deal and perfect for the job. They took our diagrams, suggested improvements, and gave us a detailed quote competitive to 7 other providers. We gave our keys over and the work was completed 6 days later. Problems were communicated and viable alternatives were implemented with no fuss. House has been left very clean. EIC and part p issued upon payment. Thanks James, Anthony and Jordan

I cannot recommend Steve and his amazing tradesman We went from being offered a ridiculously low settlement by the insurance to eventually having a completely new downstairs including new floors,electrics and kitchen Steve is also able to navigate you through the insurance process including emergency accommodation and disturbance allowance. Can't thank them enough it took 8 months but we have our amazing home back

I'd initially asked for a tile replacement, but we discussed other work I thought might need doing and he gave me options, explanations and a realistic view of what actually needed doing, which I appreciated and which influenced my choosing him. Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.
