I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. This proves that he can't be trusted in anyone's home as he can say anything. We had to pay plumber and we had to use our insurance to replace the broken handle. Initially Arbor was efficient, polite and professional. He agreed to everything and nothing was a problem, his work was guaranteed, he would rectify any problems. After we gave him the job, he did not keep to our specification. He underestimated the workload, costs and time it would take. His lack of experience was apparent and showed in his workmanship. There was wastage at extra costs to us. We would not recommend MA paving, they lack integrity, they have not responded to our calls to rectify snags.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
