He asked for cash and I said I preferred bank transfer. He started showing me messages on his phone from people who had paid cash in advance. The job was quoted and completed on the same day. I did have another quote that was a little less, however the timing was urgent and tile searching took too long. Neli did the job the same day and to be honest the larger tiles work better than smaller ones.
