He is friendly, punctual, trustworthy, knowledgeable about tiles/tiling and worked round our living situation - a family of 4 with 3 dogs, so it wasn’t easy! The initial job was for some doors trimming, but we agreed also on some other jobs which were needed such as changing the door side opening, locks change, putting biddings and corners and new architraves.
