Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! I got a small bit of tiling done in my condition with Queensbury. The tiler arrived on time, worked quickly and did an excellent finish. It looks really pro. It was significantly cheaper than the other quote I received too.

Zakir did mess up the job badly. On first day, he turned up with a guy with strong smell of weed, when I queried about it, he asked innocently ' Is it a problem?'. Thankfully, he later removed that guy from property. I hired him for all the good reviews but my job was done to a very poor standard. He rushed through job though I was asking him to do it properly. All LVT tiles were coming up next day. I tried calling him multiple times to come back and fix it but without any luck.

AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

He tidied up after himself. Cannot fault him. I have already asked him to return to do other works in my home.

Ernest did a brilliant job in a basement bedroom where water had come in under the wooden floor because of poor damp proofing around the foot of the lightwell outside. About 25% of the floor areaway affected. He removed this deftly and installed new boards he had sourced. The match is really good. He is every bit as good as his CV suggests.
