Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Steve gave us a price and did the work well and quickly despite the poor weather.Our roof is water tight ! He also said if there were any further leaks he would return and resolve them. He also did further work which was of excellent quality and reasonably priced. He was most helpful in his advice on all aspects of roof maintenance and other issues we had in our home. Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done. I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. I am getting him back to do additional work. I highly recommend kevin. Its refreshing to meet someone who is skilled and as professional as kevin and charges at a reasonable rate.

I would highly recommend Ace Roofing. My job turned out to be more complicated than first thought but they were supportive throughout, found the best deal for me with scaffolding. They have done a really good job, left it all cleaned up and tidy too.
