Andrew is a nice guy and does quality work, but for kitchen tiling I am afraid to say is very slow; approx 4 tiles per hour (100x200mm) or 0.8 sq m a day (10 hours). I personally (a diy'er) can do 15 tiles an hour - i.e. 4 times faster. £250 at day is expensive. (My electrician is £175 a day) I ended up capping the job at £600 and decided to complete tiling and grouting myself after 3 days. I would not have hired Andrew if I knew he was this slow and as a result expensive.

Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I was very impressed with Krystian, prompt contact after enquiry, was the only tradesman to actually listen to what I needed and produced a quote which met my needs fully. His price was fair and consistent, perhaps not the cheapest but I didn’t necessarily need the cheapest, I wanted the best value with quality and trust. He completed one bathroom within a month of instructing, to a high standard and we were delighted. This gave me full confidence to let the second bathroom which again was superb
