Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.
I have been a painter&decorator for 5 years now, during this time I originally started domestic work; but the last year I have been doing a lot of commercial work. I take pride in all my work which is always completed to the highest standard possible.
Impeccable attention to detail. Tom and Jack arrived on time and I was communicating with Tom the entire time. They had an amazing personality and work ethic. Made the whole process from start to finish a good experience. Our house looks stunning and I am definitely going to use these guys again in the coming years.
