Turnbull Decorating recently completed a major redecoration project for me, Jamie and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish, very professional, friendly and very competent, resulting is a very high quality finish. My initial enquiry via Rated People was quickly managed and the work was complete as scheduled and for the quoted price, with excellent communication throughout. Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Do not look any further!! Charlie and his team were excellent. Bang on time every morning, very pleasant guys who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job. The quality of the job was good, Charlie checked regularly to see how things were going and whether we needed any changes. His communication was excellent throughout and the job was completed when they said it would be. Overall excellent!!’

Fraser and his team recently did some work on our roof. The workers were polite, helpful and did a good job, including the clean-up afterwards. The roof required more work than we realised, but Fraser was honest and communicative. This company were timely in providing a quote and getting the work done. We would recommend them.
