Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. DO NOT use this tradesman. Very quick to measure up for the job, took half the cost of the job in cash to order the materials, then kept saying he was too busy to do the job. Then blanked me altogether, I think that's called theft! Had no contact despite chasing him for several weeks now, not happy!
