Chris The Locksmith rang me within minutes of putting my job on the board which he discussed and gave me a price over the phone. We agreed on that and he was here within the hour from Nuneaton which must be 30 plus miles away. He looked at the door mechanism and kept adjusting until he was completely satisfied. He also could see the door was not hung correctly and adjusted it accordingly.He was very professional, friendly would recommend highly.

First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

Very polite and friendly. Did the work I asked for. Left it looking much tidier. And the garden was a mess. My only little niggle was I asked for the lawn edge to be trimmed but he did not have any shears on him. Otherwise no problems. Took all the rubbish away. I will have him back to do maintenance on the garden in the future.
