George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Things with our extension started off well & both brothers could not do enough for us. They helped with the cost of bifold instead of french doors. However, when we were unhappy with a lack of workers they became very obstructive. They use good contractors but do not pay them & they refuse to turn up! A 15 week job took 45 weeks. We have had two leaks from the roof & we are still waiting for the 2nd to be fixed, with no reply as yet!

Very disappointing experience. Quote was increased after accepting the job, claiming distance despite postcode being clearly listed. Only half the work was completed, full payment taken, and they promised to return the next day but never did. After repeated attempts to contact them, they disappeared. Another tradesman confirmed poor workmanship, incorrectly installed posts, and damaged panels. Job now costs far more to fix. Unreliable and unprofessional – avoid.
