We’re disappointed with the job. You quoted £250 after seeing the old gate, but key issues like post replacement weren’t properly addressed. You included removal/disposal in the price, but we kept the gate — yet the cost stayed the same. The new gate quickly began leaning and won’t lock. Despite follow-ups, you didn’t respond. We paid in full, expecting quality and professionalism, but were let down. We're not seeking a fix now, just sharing our experience for others’ awareness.

When he came out to quote he explained everything that he thought should be done and took pictures/videos for us so that we could understand the issue. On time and offered a repair rather than replacement which has saved me money. He even helped me clear tree branches that were overhanging the guttering so again saving me calling a second person for that job. I would fully recommend to anyone and I have kept his number for future.
