Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

Half job done, guttering left hanging all the cables left hanging and camera not put back in place. Untidy, skip left at the premises for 3 months, had to call myself to get it removed, fobbed off with endless excuses and numerous dates given on when completion would take place but failed to deliver.
