We were kept informed every step of the way about what the fitting of our skylight entailed. Kevin took photographs of our roof to explain the job before discussing each step. Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Very good service, can highly recommend. Asked for a quote to sort pointing on the gable end roof verge of our sons semi, gave us 2 options - repointing or dry verge system. Went for dry verge system and Paul came within a few weeks (when weather allowed). Took a couple of days but Paul did what he quoted for (battens, felt and plastic edge) worked quickly and tidied up. Very reasonable too.
