He, very honestly, informed me the cause of the problem wasn't the window itself (which is what I thought), and signposted me to the correct trade discipline. I had damp (non-mouldy) rear wall, and knew the roof tiles/gutter above this wall needed to be looked at + replastering the interior wall. Dajland and his team put up scaffolding, fixed the leak in the roof tiles, and replastered 2 interior walls in 3 days. They worked efficiently and communicated well and cleaned up after which was a bonus! I would recommend them highly!
