Top Tier were great. They were 100% reliable, turning up exactly when they said they would. I couldn’t afford their quote but they were excellent at problem resolution, and managed to work with my budget. They left everything clean like you wouldn’t know they had been. Communication was excellent throughout, with a comprehensive video log of everything done. It is so rare to find trades that are completely trustworthy and reliable. I would strongly recommend.

During the work we were advised of any deviations from the original plan, which were minor, and we were encouraged regular inspections of the works.
