Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. Friendly and professional, and picked up the job in no time! They were also able to supply the flooring and all the materials, which comes with a great warranty for piece of mind. Fitted in less than 4hours and cleaned up at the end too. Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
