Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Placed 16 Oct 2025, Charlie (manager & decorator, 40 years experience) phoned & visited, emailed good quote later. What a great team he has. The original job was to remove and hang new wallpaper but when Kevin & Chris arrived on the 20 Oct, after stripping the old paper, made good the walls for fully painting, a much better option for me, then went for the paint. 8am starts on both days, worked timeously, professionally with care,, and no mess for me to tidy up.
