Very pleased with newly installed sliding patio doors. The 2 gentlemen who installed it, were polite,friendly and helpful. They left the area clean and tidy. There was a slight problem with the lock, and they duly reported it to Louis Harbison. He came today to replace it but the barrel of the lock seems ok now. He is keeping the replacement barrel in case I have any more trouble. I would recommend this company for any work to be done

I was looking for a plasterer to do my son's room before painting it and so was confused when James approached me for the job. He is a decorator. He said that plastering the walls was unnecessary because my walls were "90% there". He said filling, sanding and painting them would save me money and time so I agreed to hire him. So much went wrong and ultimately he left my walls in a state. Cheekily he asked to be paid before finishing. I fell for it and now he has done a runner!

Laszlo did a great job helping us renovate a three bedroom house to a standard spec. They arrived on time every day and went out of their way to help us. I am a fully qualified nvq level3 insured painter and decorator. I also have a skilled blue cscs health and safety valid card customers have said I'm a mature reliable friendly person who cares about peoples feelings and situations, my father was a painting and decorating contractor primarily for new build houses which is were I started and learnt from 16 I'm now 46 and have never been out of work my son works with me also and is currently learning the trade under my supervision and college my father wound down his company and I started doing some of my own work at a pub called the farmers home in Durley in the 90s which turned into a full dec through the summer.After I worked for a well known established painting and decorating company in Southampton for 17 years and then another for 6 years and then there's now we're I'm enjoying my own work rather then new built work. In my time I've done council work, garages, shops, restaurants, factory's, listed commercial and residential.I enjoy my job and I am passionate about what I do and I love making peoples projects a success.

As with any roof repair, it is a scary process as you need to have confidence in the person you hire. I was happy with the quote, and whilst he was on the roof, he took pictures to show me what was wrong. There was no upselling either, just specifics to what needed to be done. Arrived in good time, kept me informed and tidied up afterwards. I asked for extra work to be completed on the gable end, and that was completed in good time. Very happy. I will paint the ceiling and see if any stains reappear.
