Graham was professional from initial contact to completion. He, with his team of 2 more painters, were friendly and helpful at all times. They decorated the outside woodwork and part stone/cob walls sympathetically for the age of this old building. The contract was clear and adhered too. They turned up punctually managing to finish the work ahead of time helped by fortunate decorating weather.

Prompt and very reassuring as I was in a panic. Temp repair within a couple of hours which fully held the torrential rain out. Scaffold arrived next day and the roof fully repaired by the end of the day. They even cleaned my gutter while they were up there! Kept me fully informed throughout, with photos of what they had done, and has rung since to make sure everything is OK in the terrible weather. Would definitely recommend.

The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.
Hi I’m Chris self employed for 19 years in the decorating industry, all the usual decorating stuff undertaken,interior,exterior,wallpapering,however I’m making the transition over to spray painting kitchens,furniture,and interior wood and walls, upvc windows, etc, i believe this will give the customer a superior finish with quicker turnaround for both parties, once seen I think you’ll agree.

I am a self employed tradesman, with over 18 years experience. I specializes in the wet trade (plastering, all types of rendering, dashing, screed floor and concrete work), I am also experience in wood flooring, tilling, slabbing etc.
Started off very well. Putting on the tiles was extremely good but the grouting was a different ballgame. Not that good I'm afraid. Some parts not the best and grout dried out all over every tile which took 2 1/2 hours to clean off. Very surprised.
