We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Harry fitted 5 internal doors, and built a frame to enable a tumble dryer to be stacked safely on top of a freezer. The doors look great ! All done within the quoted time. I’m very pleased with them. The frame is sturdy and neat, he explained the process, he worked fast and was pleasant and chatty.

I cannot recommend Yanis highly enough. He works hard and quickly. My back garden was very overgrown, Yanis took all the rubbish away. He also gravelled the small garden in the front of the property. AMAZING WORK YANIS.
