I had my boiler replaced by Jay. I was told by other tradesmen that I could not have this particular brand fitted because it would be too difficult & costly. He had no problem fitting it at all & also at a competitive rate. He ordered the parts required for compliance & was respectful, professional & efficient. The mark down was only due to an issue with the disposal of the old boiler. Overall, I would certainly recommend & will use their services again

The previous review was done under duress with Billy standing over me. The truth is, he disappears for considerable lengths of time (days), leaves equipment behind so you can't hire anyone else, switches his phone off so you can't contact him during this time and has the attitude of a bully. He removed our toilet to fix a blocked pipe but then left it so it wasn't fixed back to the floor properly and moved around, when we were in the process of selling our flat, with surveyors coming round. Not recommended.

The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!
