The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. My boiler broke in spite of a recent service and safety inspection. Bad enough, but not what you want in the winter. Charlie came the same day, didn’t charge emergency call out fees, and confirmed that last safety inspection was inadequate. The next day he came early and fitted a new boiler. I can recommend Charlie - he’ll clearly communicate the options, do a thorough job, focus on safety and charge a fair price.
