Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Peter successfully completed the plumbing part of the job to a very high standard. However this did not resolve the issue which could only have been an electrical problem. Luckily for me Peter is also a well qualified and capable electrician so I asked him to fault find a particularly difficult and random problem. This he did in a methodical, logical and timely manner. This will now allow me to replace the faulty machine with confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter for plumbing / electrical work
