There is only one word to describe Sydney and that is ‘ amazing’. From the start he took time to discuss what we wanted from the design to creating an en suite and refurbished our existing bathroom. He is very hard working and some days put in a lot of hours , he is professional, honest and reliable and did a great job paying particular attention to detail. If you’re lucky he sings while he works! I definitely recommend Sydney .

Leroy quoted around £1000 and would only do the job for cash. He said he did not believe in paying tax and that his accountant says he only need to pay tax on earnings over £80,000! As for me I pay tax. And I sleep at night :)

We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. Overhall we are very happy with the outcome of our new Kitchen and Bathroom,hence we have giving this rating.

Paul has been exceptional from start to finish. Paul is very honest, approachable and willing to take on extra jobs. Paul’s work is of a very high standard and he takes the time to explain everything clearly, whilst also working to tight deadlines. I have worked with a number of tradespeople in the past and Paul is by far the best. Highly recommended and glad I found him for future jobs.

Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with Ian of Imac Property Services, after having a very unprofessional carpenter start my oak porch. I rang Ian and he came to see me asap and finished the job off well. Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

Adam is a top star floor specialist. He did excellent job with replacing my 2 bed house flooring with laminate as you can see from photos posted. He pricing is very reasonably. I will highly recommend him to anyone wishing to do their flooring.

Sergiu and his uncle were great. They made a beautiful job of our bathroom, incorporating all the ideas I had and making practical suggestions. They were very considerate, especially as we have a young baby in the house. We highly recommend them and will be glad to have them do more work for us in the future.
