Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We can offer a full project management from design through to supply and full installation or if you have already sourced your kitchen or bathroom we offer an installation only service. Sherlock and Clark also specialise in bespoke high quality tile installations of bathrooms, wetrooms, kitchens and conservatories with experience in fitting all types of tiles from porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, mosaics and large format tiles. Correctly installed tiles will not only look amazing but will last for many years. Why run the risk of ruining the look and finish of your brand new kitchen or bathroom by cutting corners on the tilers you employ? Your local plumber or handyman might also offer tiling services but in our experience these jobs are rarely up to the specifications when compared to professionally installed tiling. I have over 35 years of experience in the building trade. I install bathrooms and kitchens , including decorating and tiling. All types of general house maintenance also undertaken. My feedback with Rated People is excellent .
I found Joe through Rated People and it was clear from the outset that he was very experienced. I appointed him and he has since completed a complete refurbishment of my two bedroom property - my tenants and I are absolutely delighted with the end result. The project turned into a whole bathroom & kitchen refit so it was a large job. The Claridges were thoroughly professional and clean. They came along a few times and designed it up for me, incorporating any of our feedback into the design. The work took a lot longer than planned, but it was very extensive. The end results were fantastic, we were very pleased with the work. We'd definitely hire M.C. again.

M&M Construction did a fantastic job and gave us exactly what we had wanted. From the start, they were easy to work with and understood our needs completely. Even with a few changes along the way, the job remained on schedule and on budget. Their advice was really helpful and the standard of finish was very high indeed. We had access to running water and a working oven throughout the entire process which was very much appreciated and the site was tidied at the end every day. Would highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! I would have no hesitation in recommending Nelson as a polite, professional and competent boiler and heating expert. Within budget as well
