Marcel worked efficiently to deliver a high quality finish to our bathroom renovation. He communicated what he was doing at each stage of the renovation and was helpful in sourcing the materials. He worked long hours and always cleared up after himself. Marcel is friendly, honest and hardworking. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received, our first quote was honoured despite the job being more complex than initially anticipated. We will be using Marcel again for other jobs.

We had the delight of having Pierre and Jean redecorate our entire apartment. I have used decorators several times over the last few years, and these guys are by some margin the best. Relm were fantastic. I have done a lot of renovations over the years but our regular builders weren’t available and we had to get the job done on short notice. Relm were professional, helpful and most notably stayed on time and on budget. I wasn’t able to be onsite and they kept me up to date with photos and videos. They left the building site clean and tidy and I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends.

Lawrence & sons) which began building and contracting in 1903. CSCS cards (Construction safety) and DRB checks held, plus all necessary liability insurances . City and Guilds trained at Bucks University College in cabinet making. Recommendation "We have recently employed NML Contracts to undertake work on our house of a challenging nature and for which the usual jobbing builder and plumber declined to quote. NML Contracts have demonstrated skills and initiative in dealing with the unexpected and produced a thoroughly satisfactory and pleasing result which has materially improved the attractiveness and serviceability of the house . The work included incorporating a porch into the lounge area , requiring an RSJ some 4.4m in length, In the course of construction t was found that the roof was concrete and was supported by the outer skin of the house, whereas the roof of the house was conventional timber and was supported by the inner skin. It was therefore necessary to use the RSJ to support the concrete and provide suitable timber supports for the main roof . This was done most expertly and quickly and was approved by the building inspectors. All energy conservation requirements were fully met .
