NT design and build is a small building company with a workforce of all trades to carry out new builds extensions and home renovations. We take pride in all the jobs I do and all work is to a very high standard. I make sure me and the work men are always punctual and the job is done on time. By trade I’m a fully qualified joiner with an NVQ level 3 certificate. Not a good experience. Quoted £600 to replace 2 pieces of trellis, fix fence posts and do a general garden tidy up. In total he spent 1/2 a day on the job, so very expensive. The garden tidy was ok if cursory. The job on the trellis was unfortunately not adequate. The fence posts weren't secured, so it remained wobbly, leaning to one side, the trellis wasn't on straight and was split in some places by the screws he's used. Less than 3 months later the trellis fell down. He refused to refund for the labour.

Great communication throughout, arrived on time and had the emulsion job done within the day, as well as stripping wallpaper and patching up a little hole previously caused by a broken blind.
