Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. We posted looking for a new fitter to try and rectify as many mistakes as possible. Alan used all his skill and experience to steadily transform the ruined kitchen into exactly what we had envisaged.
