Keiran and his gang at Smith & Sons are a total disgrace. He demanded full payment upfront (which clearly funded his honeymoon), did the bare minimum, then vanished. No return, no refund, no shame. They’ve taken our money and run – pure theft, in my view. They hide behind multiple business names, which reeks of dishonesty and likely tax dodging. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Avoid them like the plague. I wouldn’t let them near a garden with a bargepole.

He removed all the turf from my front garden and replaced it with a weed membrane and stone chippings and now it looks amazing. It was all done very quickly. These tradesmen, no better than diyers! Carl dismissive of any constructive advice. Due to ill health. couldn't finish project.Charged me £3,500 for work not completed. On site mon- we'd approx 15hrs , laid 72 blocks, 88bricks to pillars. No show thurs-Fri. supplied 60 blocks/ 5 bags cement/20 bags sand. Didn't use string line/ laser line/ plumb line/ set square. Absolutely atrocious bricklaying. Every time they say their delivering, no show! Very untrustworthy don't hire
