one of the best carpenters i had. Old houses are tricky and unlike others Andryi privileges doing the job well over doing the job quickly and then disappearing . GREAT! Mo contacted me, went to visit the property to quote on the work, then once we agreed it he scheduled a convenient time directly with the tenants to return and do the work - which saved me from having to organise that myself! All of the jobs were done perfectly and after he sent me videos & photos of what he'd done, plus he even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after the carpentry jobs. Great communicator and very fair & honest pricing. Recommended!

I'm really very happy with Akram from Imperial. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the windows and locks. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood what he would be doing. He gave a very reasonable price, less than what others had quoted, and while here, he looked at another problem door. He has ordered the part for that and will return at a later date to fix that also. He was able to answer all the questions I had. He is now my new window fixer.
