They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. Mo contacted me, went to visit the property to quote on the work, then once we agreed it he scheduled a convenient time directly with the tenants to return and do the work - which saved me from having to organise that myself! All of the jobs were done perfectly and after he sent me videos & photos of what he'd done, plus he even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned up after the carpentry jobs. Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway.
