James did a fantastic job building a downstairs toilet/shower room for my mother. The quality of his work was of a very high standard and his attention to detail was second to none. No challenge was too much for James and he consulted with my mother regarding the design and installation throughout the whole working process. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I hired Spensley Electrical Services to reposition a double wall socket and then chase out the wall to add an additional double and single socket. I guess the plus point is that both new sockets have power and work but the positioning is very poor. Neither are flush with the wall. Also appreciate that there was always going to be a lot of mess when chasing but most credible tradesmen would at least make some effort with cleaning up. Can’t expect a 5 star review if you don’t provide a 5 star service!

Professional job done to a great standard at a reasonable price by 2 lovely guys who turned up on time cleaned up after themselves every day and finished the job in the time scale they quoted will be using them for any future jobs and would recommend them

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

George and his team did a superb job at our house. His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. He gave us some very fair and informed advice on how to tackle extra problems with our roof. His invoices were very detailed and clear and competitively priced. Fully recommended! George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
