I do not recommend this company. I hired them to disconnect/reconnect a cooker. The worker asked for upfront payment, claiming he forgot his wallet. He then failed to return on reconnect day and was unreachable. When I finally contacted the boss, he was rude and unhelpful. I had to pay another company to finish the job. As an elderly, disabled woman, I was left without a way to cook for two weeks. Terrible service and no accountability

They submitted the best tender for the job, they turned up when they said they would, site was measured up then they arrived on the dot as arranged. They also offered suggestions that would enhance what I wanted doing which were all taken up. The guys were all pleasant and polite and very hard working. I have had issues with Callum who is the main one in the company,with things going wrong with the pipe work that was put in a saniflow toilet that he did and it was nt the proper saniflow toilet and put the pipe work under my guttering,which I found out later was the incorrect way to do it.I also paid him money towards goods that he was supposed to supply and he never turned up with them and he will not pay me the money back,please I do not recommend this man or company to do any jobs ,Be Warned.
