He came out the same day he got in touch to have a look at what needed doing (knocking through between kitchen and living room, RSJ, blocking up/creating doors to other rooms), and we received the quote the next day as promised. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra.
