Speedily eliminating a number of possibilities he established that the fault lay with external wiring which appeared to have been damaged by rodents. Repaired. Left site tidy. Really pleased. Ross supplied and fitted 9 led downlights in my kitchen and an outdoor socket. He came to the house, inspected what had to done and was very clear and decent about the job.
