Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Our assessments cost: £140 including guidance and a full report which details the source(s) of the damp & mould, how to eradicate the issues. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. - lime plaster/render We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!
John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat!
