Unfortunately, we were unhappy with Remi’s service. He charged £200 and said the issue was fixed, but it returned the next day. He claimed it wasn’t his responsibility and wanted to charge again. He then agreed to come back but cancelled directly with the tenants without informing me + went away for two weeks, leaving them without washing facilities. I can’t recommend Laurentiu and his assistant Reece more highly. They completely gutted & refurbished my downstairs cloakroom in two and a half days and it is fabulous. I love it. They worked extremely hard & long hours to get the work complete in time as promised. One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.
