Alexliam Troy did a great job and were inventive and flexible with our project which was a welcome surprise. The finished product was well received and a couple of snags were resolved quickly. Only downsides were that timekeeping isn't their strongest point and it did take longer than expected although they did work hard to resolve that. Advice to potential customers - think realistically how soon you want the project completed and be at home during it.

They both worked very hard and I had no issue with giving them my house keys to get on with the job whilst I was at work. They were very trustworthy. They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.
The balcony repair lasted just under 3 months before it started cracking & crumbling again. Adam said he would come back & fix it. He stated that the building was moving (!) & could only be patched. A surveyor said there were no signs of subsidence. The paint repair job lasted one month...now cracked & crumbling again with insurers saying cheap materials were used...
