I posted the job with my budget when Shane arrived (several hours later than he initially specified) his quote was significantly higher than my budget so the work never took place. He later revised the quote so I booked him for the job. He never showed up on the revised date, rescheduled and never showed up again and didn't return my messages. A complete waste of my time.
